Finally, the much awaited inauguration of the Yeswantpur-Delhi Sarai Rohilla Duronto Express took place today, the 19th of Feb. This will travel via the Bangalore-Gooty-Dhone-Kacheguda-Nagpur-Bhopal route taken by the Bangalore Rajdhani. The loco doing the honor was KJM WDM-3A #18824. MoS Muniyappa flagged off the train bang on time at 10:15 am. Yeswantpyur. 2011-02-19. (Pawan Koppa)

Lovely. Fresh looking KJM WDM3A. This loco is a great performer. It had done a great job with my 24 coach Konkan Kanya Express a year back.

This Duronto crossed Bharath Nagar station today at 20.58 hrs, so it should have taken the Guntakal-Raichur route. (Update from SC member Rama Chandra).

UK.probably 25-27 hours after its departure from YPR,so tomorrow morning (20feb2011)hopefully we will be able to capture it :-)
