The coach has been rebuilt by the BPL workshop. Hence probably, the Non Alt might be the 'Non-Altered' end. Just guessing. And since rebuilding is not necessary next time, the coach need not be sent again to BPL. POH can be done at either Nagpur, Parel ...

Are electrical Alternators present on both ends of coaches? If so, this coach might not have one at this end. Also, BPL's refusal to service this coach IS quite hilarious!! :-))
