[IRFCA] Indian Railways Photo Gallery - 3ac_converted_parcel

This looks like a 3AC coach that has been converted into a Parcel Van. The hump is still retained on the roof. And it was my friend who first spotted this coach when it was coming out of the platform. Regret the blurred photo. Nagpur Station, 10th March 2005. By Alok Patel.
